My journey began as a high school language teacher, where I discovered my passion for helping people learn and grow. This passion led me to transition into adult learning and eventually into leadership program development. In one role, I was asked to lead a three-year human capital plan focused on talent and leadership. This experience shaped my approach to talent management through a human lens of learning.


I have a passion for talent management, succession planning, and leadership development, with the goal of identifying, developing, and retaining top talent. I am most happy developing talent strategies and supporting leadership development and career growth. I excel in aligning talent initiatives with business goals to drive organizational success.
